Prices quoted for delivery on this website are for UK address's only. If you live outside the UK and would like to place an order please email us for a quote for delivery.

 

Items under £30 have a delivery charge of £3.99, all deliveries require a signature upon delivery

 

Orders over £30 have a delivery charge of £6.99, all deliveries require a signature upon delivery

 

When can I expect my orders to arrive?

All orders received through Cobham Cameras Limited are processed and, if the stock is available, dispatched within 1 working day of receiving the order. Therefore, depending on whether you item is in stock at the time of the order, your products will usually be with you in just a few days. If you place your order and it is processed before 12 noon Mon-Fri, the goods will be dispatched the same day. Any orders received after 12 noon will be dispatched the following day (for next day delivery*) Please note that although we send goods on a next day service we are relying on couriers/Royal mail to perform delivery and occasionally delays happen, in this instance Cobham Cameras cannot refund carriage charges levied.

 

WE ARE UNABLE TO GUARANTEE NEXT DAY DELIVERY ON ANY ITEM

 

If the item you have ordered is out of stock we will notify you by email and at this point if you do not wish to wait for your order you can cancel your order. For confirmation on stock availability prior to order placement please call us on 01932 863743. Personalised photogifts do take longer to despatch, times vary from 2 – 21 days, delivery times are quoted by each photo gifting item.

 

Packing

We take particular care to ensure that goods are well packaged and attempt to use recycled packaging and / or biodegradable materials wherever we can.

 

Where can I have my order delivered?

We can only deliver your order to the registered address of the paying card holder or to a UK registered business address.

 

Redirection

If you require a parcel to be redirected after it has been despatched a charge of £15.95 will be levied.

 

Refused Delivery

If you have refused a delivery, a charge of £7 can be levied to cover the cost charged by our couriers to return goods to us.

 

Lost Packages

Even though packages are sent via Couriers or Royal Mail, on very rare occasions losses can occur whilst in transit. If this happens please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of dispatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact Couriers or Royal Mail to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to assist in sending a replacement. Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 30 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss from Cobham Cameras Limited.

 

Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?

Orders can be tracked once you have received your unique tracking number after despatch. Orders can be tracked at the couriers or Royal Mail website.

 

RETURNS

 

ONLINE Purchases

 

UK & N. Ireland customers

 

Most of the products supplied by us are unopened and shipped out as received from the manufacturers. On rare occasions the products supplied by us may be faulty, damaged or are unwanted. We offer the following return facilities for all orders on our webite

New faulty or defective goods will be accepted back for full refund or replacement within a reasonable time from the date of receipt of the product. This does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, dropping, improper care or storage, or damage resulting from sand or water. Replacement products are subject to availability.

 

 

Unwanted goods will be accepted back for a full refund including any original delivery charge when notified within 7 working days after the day of receipt of the products.

 

•  The goods must be returned in its original form including full box content.

•  Software can only be accepted back if the software is still sealed.

•  Audio, Video Tape can only be accepted if the packaging is still sealed.

•  You must return any free gifts, which came with the product.

 

 

Personalised photogifts cannot be returned unless faulty.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

 

In-store Purchases

 

If your purchase is faulty or, has anything missing, please telephone us at once.

 

We can normally resolve the problem without causing you any further inconvenience.

 

We go to considerable lengths to demonstrate the equipment that we sell and to ensure that it matches your needs. If you discover that it is surplus to your requirements we will be happy to negotiate its return. There is a minimum handling charge of 5% to cover the transaction costs. Electrical goods and Optical Goods cannot be returned unless faulty.
